Prepare

1. Preheat the oven at 425 degrees

2. Place two pre-cooked and cleaned Dungeness crab or four raw lobster tails in a roasting pan

3. Shake the bottle well and coat 8 oz of Helen & Faye’s Kitchen Premium Roasting Sauce over the Dungeness crab or lobster tails

Roast

4. Lightly pour 4 tablespoons in the roasting pan for dipping sauce

5. Roast for 13 minutes in the oven
(If cooking raw crab, roast for 30 minutes)

6. Broil for two minutes in the oven

Enjoy

7. Plate your dish

8. Pour the remaining simmering sauce from the roasting pan in a small cup for your dipping sauce
